We don’t just create content. We shape how people think.
The ideas are yours. The thinking? Inkognito
The Inkognito Way
Inkognito started in 2024 with a vision. Not just to build another agency, but to build one of the finest writing houses in the country.
A place where work is guided by strong values, clear thinking, and a deep respect for what writing is meant to do. This is my way of putting something out into the world, without needing to stand in front of it.
Because not everything meaningful needs to be loud.
What we saw around us was content being produced endlessly, but without thought. Rushed, generic, and often created just to fill space. That never sat right with us. Writing, when done well, is not just output. It is expression. It deserves intent, attention, and character.
That is what we aim to protect.
We bring structure, discipline, and clarity into the process. Our clients trust us because we are organised, ethical, and consistent with delivery. We respect timelines, but we do not let deadlines dilute the work.
This is not a one-person show. The team is encouraged to think, question, and express. But everything that goes out is seen, refined, and signed off with intent.
A lot of what we create will never carry our name. And that is exactly how we want it. We build voices, shape ideas, and let our clients take the spotlight.
We are silent, but not invisible.

What we do
Everything your brand needs to say, we help you say it better.
Meet The Founder
I rewrite this bio every three months. It still isn't right.
Hi, I'm Pooja Malik.
I started writing at MICA, Ahmedabad. Learned the rules. Then spent years in agencies learning which ones mattered and which ones were just habit. Eventually, I left because I wanted to see what would happen if I stopped rushing.
Inkognito is what happened.
I treat it like my child. Every brief gets read twice. Every draft gets rewritten until it doesn't make me itch. I have colour-coded folders for my colour-coded folders. The work has to feel worthy of the name before it goes out.
The goal isn't scale. It's trust. I want clients who stay for years. I want to write things I'd actually read. I want Inkognito to mean something specific: that someone cared enough to think it through.
Outside of work, I fill notebooks with fragments that go nowhere. I feed dogs who now recognise my overenthusiasm. And I have watched Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham enough times to quote the dialogue I don't even like.
If you want writing that someone lost sleep over, let's talk.
